What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available on request. If you’ll arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is made fresh every morning and included for all registered guests. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available with advance notice.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not permitted.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome within each room’s standard occupancy. We don’t offer rollaway beds.
Is there parking and WiFi?
Both are free for guests.
How close is DeSoto Falls?
DeSoto Falls is within walking distance of the lodge. Little River runs right by the property, and Little River Canyon is a short drive away.
What days are you open?
We welcome guests Thursday through Monday, April through early November. We’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and closed for the winter.
Is there a minimum stay?
One night for individual rooms. Booking the full house requires a three-night minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund, less a $35 per room processing fee. Cancellations 7 to 13 days out receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
